ABOUT SARA

Sara Hells is a 23-year-old Atlanta native based in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a trained vocalist and self-taught guitarist. Her original songs are powerful vehicles of storytelling: raw, reflective, and unrestricted. Modern rock and alternative sounds, indie influences, and catchy pop melodies can all be heard in her set. Her musical influences include a wide range of genres- Jeff Buckley, Nothing But Thieves, Hozier, Ed Sheeran, and Manchester Orchestra are some of the artists on rotation in her music library. She has entered the singer-songwriter scene with two sold out shows at Eddie’s Attic, a slot at 30A Songwriters Festival in 2023 and 2024, and local performances at The Ryman Auditorium and Brooklyn Bowl Nashville. She also was a special guest at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama alongside country icons Brad Paisley and Dierks Bentley for “Still Playin’ Possum: Music & Memories of George Jones”.
